At ActiveGrlCo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the integrity and hygiene of our merchandise, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once the order has been placed and confirmed. Please ensure all product details, including sizing and shipping information, are accurate before placing your order.
Exceptions:
We only accept refund or replacement requests for orders that meet the following conditions:

Item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

You notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

The item is unused and in original packaging.

ActiveGrlCo reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a replacement or store credit. In the event of an approved resolution, customers may receive store credit or a replacement product at our discretion.
