Thank you for shopping with ActiveGrlCo. We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally to select countries. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow additional time during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or promotions.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • International Expedited: 5–10 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
ActiveGrlCo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
